How long will it take to ship my order?
The Bunny Basics offers same day shipping on all orders placed by 1:00 PM, PST, Monday through Friday.

What are your methods of shipping?
We ship via UPS and US Postal Service. Alternate methods of shipping are available upon request. Please report any damaged packages to us with 48 hours. Standard UPS Ground shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii. We do not ship outside of the United States.

Can I pick-up my order?
Yes, orders may be picked up from our retail store in Scottsdale, AZ. Upon check-out please put store pick-up in the notes section. The shipping charge will be deducted before the payment is processed.

What is your return policy?
We want you and your bunny to be completely satified with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 14 days for a Return Authorization Number. Unfortunately we cannot except returns on opened food products.

What is your privacy policy?
The Bunny Basics keeps all your information confidential. We collect only the information needed to complete the sale. We do not sell or shall any customer information. We utilize a secure server for all online transactions. We will only contact you if additional information is needed to complete a sale.

What is the Donation Center?
The Donation Center is a collection of Non-Profit animal rescue and care organizations. The Donation Center was established to help raise funds for these organizations who rely soley on donations to continue their wonderful work. The Bunny Basics will absorb all costs relating to the donation. One hundred percent of your donation will go to the specified organization. Thank you for your support and generosity. All the animals thank you as well!

How does my organization join the Donation Center?
The Donation Center is open to non-profit animal rescue organizations. There are no fees involved. Please email information about your organization, a paragraph to be posted on your donation page, your logo and your contact information.
